Donald Taylor


Don started out working in the construction trades over 28 years ago and has since performed a variety of professional roles in the past 17 years as an Estimator, Project Engineer, Project Manager, Preconstruction Manager, Division Manager, and now serves as President of Greenberg Construction. He earned a Masters of Real Estate Development from Arizona State University as well as a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Brigham Young University. His extensive experience and education in the commercial construction industry along with his vision for the company make him invaluable to the organization. He has acquired a diverse portfolio of project types over his career which add to his multidimensional talents including educational, public works, multi-family, hospitality, retail, tenant improvement, industrial, office, custom residential, and renovation.

Scott Taylor

Executive Vice President

Scott is a passionate and seasoned operations manager with over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Utah State University. Before coming to Greenberg Scott specialized in building high profile & high end projects in downtown Washington, DC and Miami. His background includes: project management, business development, estimating, project scheduling, contracts & purchasing, financial management & reporting, quality control and on-time delivery.

Brent Cuevas

Vice President of Business Operations

Brent brings a diverse background to each project he supports. He has a bachelors degree in psychology with a business management minor, as well as a masters degree in construction management and technology. During his more than 16 years in the construction industry, Brent has worked in site supervision, cost control, project management, and safety management. His projects have been in the Residential, Health Care, Federal, Multi-Family, and Civil markets. This diverse background, along with Brent’s attention to detail and commitment to doing the right thing, have made him an important component of Greenberg projects and leadership.  

Mike Taylor

Vice President of Field Operations

Mike has over 35 years of diverse construction industry experience in the public and private sector as a General Contractor. He began in the trades as an Owner of a commercial painting company in New York before transitioning to the communications industry serving Hospitals, School Districts and Major Corporations.  That experience, which includes technical training, planning, operations and regulatory oversight, ensures that every project has a clear sense of purpose and  schedule compliance. Through years of specialized Project Superintendent experience Mike has earned the trust of Tribal Owners Rep’s, Indian Health Service personnel, Tribal Inspectors, and TERO Agents, and he’s especially adept at coordination with Tribal Utility Authorities making him a valued key addition to our leadership team.
